In accessing the possibility of delivering the project 15% early both direct and indirect costs of project duration was reviewed. This project was originally an 18 month project, now with the possibility of delivery earlier, this has reduced the duration by 82 days. This project reduction will not be major for this type of project. In accessing the costs of projection duration critical activities were identified for the lowest direct-cost activities in an attempt to short project direction. Adding resources and possibility of outsourcing specific aspects of the project work to facilitate early delivery will be action. The procurement of equipment necessary for EHR system implementation will be completed 12 weeks ahead of schedule once our IT department is in receipt of equipment purchases they will be installing devices according to plan. and installed once the MIS department is in receipt of equipment purchases. The Networking cabling company will be installing the necessary cable drops 16 weeks ahead of schedule, to facilitate an early project implementation. These two costs have not increased the budget cost in any way. However, Human Resources providing adequate staffing to meet deadlines will increase the budget costs significantly. User Acceptance Training (UAT) will require Human Resources scheduling overtime for the necessary stakeholders from the various departments to participate in the various activities necessary. The activities will be done concurrently. Projects tasks which is the set of processes that ensure the project’s scope is accurately defined and mapped. During this process supervisors and project managers will carry out scope management techniques to allocate the right amount of work necessary to successfully complete the project 15% ahead of the scheduled time.
