3. Gather their responses to both feedback forms
4. Collate the provided feedback on the learning plan and document improvements for future implementation.
5. Collate feedback from the self-assessment tool
6. Compare results from your team between their initial assessment and after the training.
7. Discuss variations from the 2 assessment opportunities

You must include:

 what improvements were seen in the team

 what areas will need additional training and support

8. From the feedback, what modifications would you make to your training

plan?
